Our story began in 2010, when Michael Watkins founded the company with the mission to provide top-notch servicing and repair services to Smart car owners at competitive prices. In 2019, Michael Watkins retired and handed over the reins to Ben Coleman, one of the top mechanics, along with Jack (chief mechanic) and Tara (admin). With over a decade of experience, our expert team is well-equipped to handle all aspects of maintenance, from simple intermediate oil changes to full engine rebuilds.
As Smart car enthusiasts ourselves, we understand the unique needs of these compact cars. We own several Smart cars between us and regularly participate in Smart car events and join exclusive clubs to stay updated on the latest knowledge and trends. - Diagnostics: We use the MB STAR diagnosis equipment, a near-dealership level system, to diagnose issues and clear existing fault codes from your ECU.
- Air Conditioning: Our team can re-gas and repair air conditioning systems on all makes of Smart cars, addressing common issues like leaky pipes and condensor leaks.
- Timing Chains: We strongly recommend replacing timing chains every 75,000 miles, as they can fail unexpectedly, causing engine damage.
- Key Coding: We offer key re-coding services and supply new replacement keys (the blade is uncut) for single and three-button types.

Regular Maintenance

We recommend regular servicing every 10,000 miles or 12 months, whichever is sooner, following the cycle "A B A C".
