Our History
Octane Recruitment was established in 2009 by Rik Baynes and Andrew Hodson. With their combined experience and expertise, they saw an opportunity to become a leading agency by doing recruitment the 'right way'. We opened our second office in 2021 in Sutton Coldfield, and in 2022, Rik Baynes became the sole Director of the company, with the aim of delivering a strong service and aiding the growth of the company.
