Our Story
Promota Logo was founded in 2001 with a mission to provide high-quality personalised products and excellent customer service. Our founder, who had experience as a "Jack Of All Trades", consulted with a Business Advisor for best advice and purchased a franchise that specialised in supplying personalised gifts on a B2B basis. However, the franchisor provided little support, and the business struggled to be profitable. Fortunately, the business was renamed to "Promota Logo", and we re-tooled the business with new equipment to offer sublimation, vinyl transfer printing as well as embroidery personalisation.
Over the following 21 years, we have grown from strength to strength, building close relationships with our customers and suppliers. Through hard work, tenacity, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we have created a successful business that is committed to being the best at what we do.
