Questions
What drone filming permissions do you hold?
We hold CAA and IAA permissions with full insurance coverage. Our operators are BNUC-s qualified and maintain compliance with all aviation regulations.
What quality formats do you offer?
We provide Cinema DNG, ProRes RAW, ProRes 422HQ/4444xq, and H.265 HEVC formats. Our equipment supports up to 5K resolution for demanding production needs.
How long can drones operate per flight?
Our drones operate for approximately 25 minutes per battery. We maintain this limit for safety reasons while ensuring sufficient capture time for most requirements.
What weather conditions affect operations?
We cannot operate in rain or thick fog due to visibility requirements. Wind conditions generally don't restrict operations thanks to our high-power motors, but extreme conditions may require rescheduling.
What preparation is needed for drone flights?
We require at least 24 hours notice for pre-flight surveys. This includes equipment checks, site reconnaissance, and coordination with relevant authorities for regulatory compliance.
Where can drones be legally operated?
Rural areas present fewer restrictions than urban environments. We cannot operate in prohibited airspace or within 1km of airports without special permissions. Contact us for specific location advice.
