We also offer the Alexander Technique, which is a method of re-educating the mind and body to improve posture, balance, and co-ordination.

Our Commitment to Safety
Following government guidelines and advice from the BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) on the return to face-to-face therapy sessions, we have put in place all the hygiene and social distancing procedures necessary to re-open the Centre for safe one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling.
