Design

Our in-house design team has amassed 40 years of expertise in delivering customized solutions for our wide range of customers. The NPS design team are completely versed with the constraints and parameters of the food and pharmaceutical industries, enabling us to provide solutions that fit any customer-specific need. From the simplest of cutting jigs to full bespoke turnkey food production systems, we compose solutions that cater to our clients' unique requirements.

Manufacture

Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, our production unit team is proficient in the production of the full range of food handling equipment, from basic single tables to conveyance solutions, complete food production lines, and hygiene systems. We are capable of all bespoke manufacture and supporting civil activity with heavy fabrication from wall protection systems, access systems, platforms, mezzanine decks, and full structural building support frames. All of our fabricated items are manufactured to BS EN 1090+A1:2011/1090-2:2008+A1:2011 standards.

Installation

Our installation teams have built up a formidable level of competence installing single one-off machine requirements to complete factory fit-out, relocation, or refurbishment. Through consistently planning a methodical procedure promoting and combining safety into the whole installation process, we ensure a seamless and efficient installation experience.
