We supply Photofoil transfers for application by our customers, or we can apply transfers to their products in-house using specialist hot foil machines.

We also offer a range of printing services, including silkscreen transfers, direct silkscreen, rotary, hot foiling, and pad printing. In addition, we decorate products using our exclusive range of drinks-related brandable products, such as ice buckets, waiter trays, drip trays, bottle pourers, and swizzle sticks. All of these products have been carefully designed to provide the maximum brand impact, and we use our revolutionary Photofoil full-colour digital printing techniques.

Digital Printing

Our digital press is designed to produce high-quality prints with precise registration and accurate colour reproduction. The press features a maximum imaging width of 322mm and can print at a rate of up to 9.6 metres per minute. Our digital heat release transfers incorporate four colours CMYK plus fifth colour white and can be applied to most thermoplastic mouldings.

Photofoil Digital Transfers

For over 12 years, we have been using our unique transfer technology to produce high-quality digital transfers. Our digital printed transfer process integrates digital printing technology into the product marking industry. This process allows for variable data and personalisation to be integrated into heat transfer printing. Consecutive numbers, bar codes, and sequencing can be meta dated into the artwork.

Our system offers Pantone euro bridge spot colours and high-resolution 1200 dpi photo-reproduced graphic quality. We use a dry toner system, which is more environmentally friendly and cost-effective than traditional solvent ink systems.
