Iain's IT Solutions Ltd. is a software development company based in Royal Greenwich, South East London. We offer a wide range of IT services to local businesses, including the design and development of back office and process management systems, content managed websites, and customisations of Microsoft Office applications. Our mission is to help businesses become more efficient, save time and money, improve accuracy, and impress clients.

Back Office Systems

We specialise in developing web and desktop back office systems, building them from scratch or taking over support and development of existing systems. Our programming languages of expertise include PHP/MySQL, C#/SQL Server, and Microsoft Access VBA/SQL. We can integrate new and existing systems to add efficiencies and eliminate multi-entry of data, making your business more streamlined and efficient.

Content Managed Websites

Websites with our custom CMS are an expanding part of our portfolio. We design and build the site and give you a login to update parts of the site content yourself. The CMS screens are clean and simple, and we tailor the system around your website, so you only see the menu items relevant to you.

Databases

We design and build web and desktop database applications for companies of all sizes. Database technologies we work with include MySQL, SQL Server, SQLite & Access SQL. We can create a database solution that meets your specific needs, whether it's for a small business or a large enterprise.

Subscription Services

We currently offer two subscription-based web applications: an online invoicing system for small businesses and an availability calendar plugin for guest houses and B&Bs. These web applications are designed to help businesses manage their operations more efficiently.

Microsoft Office

We have a lot of experience in customising MS Office applications. We do a lot of Excel, Access & Word VBA work - expanding the functionality of spreadsheets and documents. Something which can add a lot of efficiency to a process is connecting MS Office applications together - pulling email text into a spreadsheet or exporting MS Access data into Word docs for example.

Brief CV

Iain Clark, the founder of Iain's IT Solutions Ltd., has over 10 years of experience as a freelance software developer. He began his career in IT at The Bank of New York (now BNY Mellon) in 1999, starting at a clerical level and working his way up to Vice President. He worked in Fixed Income Securities Processing, moving into an IT role building a range of securities and finance based applications. In 2011, he began working for himself as a freelance software developer.
