Disappointing Experience with Sam and His Builders
Poor Workmanship and Lack of Accountability
The reviewer, Richard Perry, shared a disappointing experience with Sam and his builders, who built a loft room for his daughter. Although the initial work seemed okay, several issues arose after completion, including a pipe leak in the wall that damaged the plaster and required redecoration.
Negligence and Carelessness
Furthermore, the builders left behind nails and screws, causing two punctures to a neighbour's car, which the reviewer's daughter had to pay for. This incident highlights the carelessness and lack of attention to detail exhibited by Sam and his team.
Unresolved Issues and Unresponsive Service
