CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services utilise multi-axis machines up to 9 axes for complex component production. Capable of 24/7 operation on select materials with bar-fed capacity from 6mm to 80mm diameter. We specialise in one-hit machining to reduce handling and maintain tight tolerances for industries requiring high-precision components.
Induction Brazing
We offer induction brazing using twin-head Safebraze systems for copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass applications. Our process delivers leak-proof joints with minimal heat-affected zones, complemented by manual and gas brazing options for larger assemblies. All operations maintain strict quality controls for repeatable, reliable results in critical applications.
Clean Assembly
Our dedicated clean room facility handles sub-assembly and final assembly to medical and food-grade standards.
