Unsatisfactory Experience
Dickerpot The Main Man's experience with Green and White was disappointing, to say the least. They paid for a part and sent multiple emails chasing its arrival, only to request a refund when it didn't arrive. Although the refund was processed, there was no apology offered.

Despite this, the company went above and beyond to resolve the issue, phoning the manufacturer and arranging a replacement delivery in no time.
