Our founder, Mahmud Said, graduated from the University of Kent @ Canterbury in 1977 and later became a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1987. He leads our experienced and well-qualified staff, offering customised accounting and financial solutions for various industries.

Our team includes Ann Shaw, who brings over 15 years of experience from large organisations, including a diamond mining company and global insurance giant Zurich. Tom Allerton, BA ACA, joins us as a valuable Client Account Manager after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte (one of the big four firms) in 2003, with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Completing the team is Glen Masters, a graduate from Liverpool University, who served as an HM Inspector of Taxes at the City of London office for four years.

• CIS Refunds: We will calculate if a refund is due from HMRC and help clients receive such refunds.

• VAT Services: We will guide you on the best time to register for VAT, prepare VAT returns, and correspond with HMRC on your behalf.

• Taxation Enquiries: Our experienced accountants will deal with Aspect Enquiries, Section 9A, and Code of Practice 9 enquiries, and negotiate with HMRC on your behalf.
