Our Process
Our process is divided into three stages:
Quotation and Planning Stage
- Meeting with the client to discuss their ideas and aims
- Organise a survey of the property for later use in structural and architectural plans
- Produce a quotation based on the client's requirements
- Obtain approval for costing of design and construction
Construction Phase
- Assign a project manager to monitor progress
- Regular meetings with the client to update them on the work completed
- Send invoices following the payment schedule
- Organise building control inspections and party wall contracts
Fit Out Phase
- Work with our interior designers to personalize your home
- Create bespoke furniture and utilise technology and style to make your environment unique
