Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism
The reviewer, Marianne Robey, had a disappointing experience with Cheeseman Solicitors in Worthing. Despite a positive first impression with the receptionist, who was pleasant and professional, the interaction with Barry Cheeseman, one of the firm's solicitors, was abrupt and impolite.
Lack of Customer Service
Barry Cheeseman's tone and demeanor were unfriendly, and he insisted that the reviewer book an appointment with the family law specialist, which would cost 150 for half an hour. When the reviewer politely ended the call, Barry Cheeseman called back, accusing the reviewer of being rude and hanging up on him.
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer was taken aback by Barry Cheeseman's unprofessional behavior, which left a negative impression of the firm. The experience was so unsatisfactory that the reviewer felt compelled to leave a review, which is unusual for them.
