Proprietor & Manager
Joanne McClelland, our proprietor and manager, has over a decade of experience working with children. She holds a degree in Education Studies with Sociology and a Post-Graduate qualification in Psychology, as well as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma. Joanne's passion is to provide the best care and education for children, and she strives to achieve this by building a great team and creating a loving, welcoming environment.
Proprietors & Operations Director
Rachel and Mark Burgess, co-founders of Little Steps Day Care, have a combined 30 years of experience in childcare. Rachel has trained and worked in childcare for over 30 years and is passionate about providing a nursery setting with a loving, homely, and family feel. Mark has a background in business and procurement and enjoys using his skills to support everyone involved in Little Steps.
