Our Services
At C&T Engineering Ltd, we offer a comprehensive range of engineering and precision component manufacturing services, encompassing toolmaking, injection moulding, presswork, welding, and production. Our skilled toolmakers, assisted by apprentices, work in a fully equipped tool room to undertake various types of work, ranging from one-off prototypes to small batches of precision components. We can also produce jigs and fixtures to enhance our customers' own manufacturing processes.
Our press shop is equipped with power presses ranging from 6 to 25 tons, with press tools and tooling manufactured within our own tool room. This enables us to produce finished components such as corner cleats, brackets, plates, fixing lugs, and straps, in addition to punching and preparing customer extrusions and components.
We also offer moulding services, providing customers with the option of short part runs to suit their immediate requirements or long-term planned production runs. Our capabilities extend to CNC machining, where we utilize state-of-the-art machinery, including XYZ programmable centre lathes, Hurco TM6 slant bed CNC lathes, HAAS DM2, and Hurco VM10i 3-axis machining centre.
