Our Team
Our team is led by Barbara Genda, a law graduate and trained tax specialist with a passion for furniture and interiors. Our project manager, Gabriel, has over 15 years of hands-on experience in project management, technical design, and antique furniture restoration. Together, we form a talented and ambitious team that is dedicated to creating unique and bespoke solutions for our clients.

Poor Installation and Customer Service
The reviewer, Kelly Donovan, has expressed their disappointment with the installation and customer service provided by Barbara Genda. The installation of the wardrobes was done incorrectly, resulting in bowed doors that chip and scrape when opened and closed.
Issues with Customer Service
The reviewer had to wait for a year to get the issue resolved, and even then, Barbara Genda was reluctant to fix the problem. The reviewer had to file a claim with the furniture ombudsman, which they eventually won. However, the team was rude throughout the process, despite the ombudsman's statement that the wardrobe doors were clearly faulty.
