At Mortimer Physiotherapy Practice, we are a small, friendly practice established in 1998, located in Mortimer, providing both clinic and domiciliary physiotherapy. With over 40 years of experience, our physiotherapists are HPC registered, and have a wealth of experience in treating back and neck pain, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and post-operative treatment regimes.
Our Services
We provide thorough assessment, treatment, and exercise regimes as appropriate for all musculoskeletal conditions. Our physiotherapists are HPC registered, and we accept referrals from GPs and consultants, as well as self-referrals. We are registered with all major insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA, and Pruhealth, and are a BUPA-approved physiotherapy practice.
We invoice insurance companies directly, so will need your policy details and authorization number at your initial assessment. We accept cheque and cash payments for self-referrals. Our clinic hours are between 8 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and domiciliary visits are also available for those who are too frail or immobile to make it into the clinic.
Our Approach
Our aim is to provide an excellent high-quality service, with emphasis on accurate assessment and diagnosis, hands-on manual therapy, complemented with electrotherapy and exercise regimes as appropriate. We have strong links with the local community, providing physio services for local rugby and football clubs at both junior and senior levels.
