Attitude School Of Dance

At Attitude School of Dance, our mission has always been to provide a platform for everyone to express themselves creatively, regardless of age or ability. Established in 2002, we have been based in Milton Keynes, with our teachers travelling across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Aylesbury Vale, and Bedfordshire to offer our services. For over ten years, we have been dedicated to providing a wide range of dance classes, workshops, and events for children and adults alike.

Our Services

We offer classes in a variety of styles, including Russian Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Street, Contemporary, and Character Dance, as well as adult classes such as Flow, Pilates, and Ballet Barre. Our classes are designed to cater to dancers of all ages, from 2 years old and up. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, our expert teachers will guide you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.

In addition to our regular timetable, we also provide workshops, PE lessons, breakfast/after school clubs, and holiday clubs for schools within the Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire areas. Our aim is to provide a fun and engaging way for children to learn and develop their creativity, while also promoting teamwork and social skills.

Optional Exams and Performances

At Attitude, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to showcase their skills and achievements. Therefore, we offer optional exam sessions, which are designed to be fun and challenging, rather than high-pressure. We also hold annual performances, where our dancers can come together to showcase their hard work and creativity. These performances are a wonderful way for our dancers to gain confidence and experience, and are a highlight of our school year.

Student Teacher Training Programmes

For those interested in pursuing a career in dance teaching, we offer student teacher training programmes. These programmes are designed to provide our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become qualified dance teachers. Our experienced teachers will guide you through the programme, providing expert tuition and feedback to help you achieve your goals.

Our Ethos

At Attitude, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to create and express themselves freely. We celebrate each other's differences and achievements, and believe that every child's goal, whether it's to achieve a high level of proficiency or to simply have fun, is valid and important. Our aim is to provide a nurturing and supportive environment, where our dancers can feel confident and inspired to be their best selves.

The Team

Our team of experienced and dedicated teachers are all DBS checked and first aid trained. They are committed to ongoing professional development, attending seminars, workshops, and completing further training courses to ensure they are always up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.

Class Schedule

Our timetabled classes are currently held at Brooksward School, Neath Hill, Milton Keynes. We offer classes for dancers of all ages and abilities, from 2 years old and up. Our classes include Russian Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Contemporary, as well as adult classes such as Flow and Tone. We also offer private one-to-one lessons, which can be tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of the dancer.
