Our stunning salon, located just off England's only royal harbour, is a two-door neighbour to where it all began for our owner and director Jennifer Louise. With over 15 years of experience, Jennifer has built a reputation for excellence, and it is this dedication to unparalleled service that has seen us collect an impressive 17 awards to date, including being named the best salon in the UK for 2022 and 2023, and the best salon in Kent for the same years.

We believe that 80% of salon clients want more advice and feel that their current stylist doesn't fully listen to them, and so we have designed an in-depth consultation program that is designed to find out about you and your hair to ensure we get it just right! We also teach you how to understand your hair in order to style it yourself at home 365 days a year.
