About Us
The Dance Studio is a renowned dance school based in Winchmore Hill, London, N21, offering exceptional training in Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD) Ballet, Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) Modern and Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Street Jazz. Established in 1983 by Loraine Grayston, our studio has been providing a happy and friendly environment for children to thrive in, while maintaining a professional and disciplined approach.
Our team of experienced instructors, led by Principals Denise Coxon, Sarah Cenci, and Sophie Muscat, are committed to teaching our pupils the love and enjoyment of dance. We offer classes for students of all ages and abilities, from Baby to Advanced, promoting co-ordination, confidence, and physical development.
We take pride in our students' achievements, many of whom have gone on to further train at prestigious institutions such as The Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet School, Elmhurst School, The Central School of Ballet, Arts Ed, London Studio Centre, and Bird College. Some have also successfully pursued careers in the West End or dance commercially with prominent artists.
