Akramatic Engineering Co. Ltd. is a quality sub-contract sheet metal and steel fabrications company celebrating over 50 years of excellent service to industry since 1967. We offer a wide range of highest quality products, from fine limit sheet metal work to medium sized fabrication, welding, and powder coating, utilising our in-house facilities. Our metalwork fabricators produce a vast array of products serving many industries, with professional, skilled workmanship being key to this.
Our Services
We manufacture using mild steel, stainless steel, Galv, Zintec, structural steelwork, and others. The fabrication process we use has been refined over many years to allow us to turn our hands to most projects. Our capabilities include:
- CAD/CAM design and production using Inventor software
- Laser profiling using Trumpf 3530 Trulaser 4.0Kw and Trumpf 2525 Trulaser 3.2Kw machines
- CNC punching using Trumpf 2020R with Auto Sheet Loading
- NC folding using 100 Tonne x 3000mm and 50 Tonne x 2500mm NC Controlled Pressbrakes
- Metal rolling using 2500mm NC Controlled Powered Rollers
- Tube bending using Ercolina TB60 NC Tube Bender
- Welding, fabrication, and assembly using Mig, Tig, Spot, and Stud welding
- Machining using CNC Machining Centre with a working envelope of 760mm x 480mm x 400mm
- Powder coating with epoxy, polyester, or epoxy-polyester powder coating
- Drilling, insert pressing, fettling, and polishing
