Our print factory incorporates two 5-colour litho presses, bindery, die cutting, creasing, laminating, foiling, mailing, warehousing, and distribution, all working alongside our digital print centre to ensure that we totally cover the print elements needed to market our clients' businesses.
Lithographic Printing
Our litho printing services include the production of high-quality brochures, leaflets, forms, flyers, stationery, NCR sets, and pads, as well as postcards, reports, prospectuses, bookwork, marketing pieces, die-cut shaped folders and leaflets. We can also provide 24-hour delivery, 'on-the-day' conference material, short-run leaflets, brochures, newsletters, reports, training guides, manuals, invitations, menus, Christmas and greeting cards.
Digital Printing
Our digital print centre is equipped to handle quick-turnaround jobs, offering fast and flexible printing solutions for small to large print runs. We can produce high-quality prints quickly and efficiently, with a range of finishes and effects available.
Finishing
Our in-house finishing services include die cutting, folding, foil blocking, stitching, wiro binding, trimming, UV varnishing, matt and gloss lamination, PUR binding, and book binding. We can also provide bespoke finishing solutions to meet your specific requirements.
Storage and Dispatch
We offer free print storage, pick and pack service for multi-sites, global distribution, stock management, same-day or next-day nationwide despatch, and can tailor our services to match your specific requirements.
Mailing
Our mailing services include insertion, personalisation, walksort, mailsort, outsized and bespoke hand mailing. We can also provide brochure concept, logo design, branding, signage, managing corporate guidelines, typesetting and form design, adverts, newsletter shells, and interactive PDFs.
Creative Services
At Greenshoots, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide a wide range of design and print-related services cost-effectively and to a high standard. Our creative services include packaging design, label design, door hanger design, sticker design, shell paper design, pad design, poster design, NCR set design, brochure design, booklet design, newsletter design, magazine design, catalogue design, book design, and much more.
Packaging
We love to produce mailer, product, promotional, and bespoke packaging, and offer a wide range of packaging solutions, including folders, labels, door hangers, stickers, shell papers, pads, posters, NCR sets, brochures, booklets, newsletters, magazines, catalogues, books, belly bands, maps, leaflets, menus, letterheads, compliment slips, business cards, and more.
Sustainability
At Greenshoots, we take our environmental responsibility very seriously and are proactive in the pursuit of our own environmental targets and those of the organisations we work for. We only use paper which is FSC or PEFC approved and sourced from sustainable forests. We are very close to achieving our target of recycling 100% of our manufacturing waste, and with our medium-term goal of becoming a carbon-neutral producer, we are investigating ways to switch our power consumption to wholly renewable sources.
