Cancellations Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we're happy to accommodate last-minute cancellations or changes to your appointment. However, please note that we require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or re-bookings. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a 50% charge of the original appointment made. Multiple late cancellations may also result in a charge plus a 50% deposit booking fee.
