Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service handles materials up to 25mm mild steel with 4m x 2m capacity. Using Radan software for optimal material nesting, we achieve complex profiles with minimal waste. This non-contact process ensures high accuracy for both prototypes and production batches while maintaining tight tolerances across stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals.
CNC Punching
LVD Shape 35 CNC punch press delivers fast, cost-effective profiling up to 5mm thickness. With 15-station turret and Radan software, we create complex shapes while adding formed features like louvres. This method offers quicker setup than laser cutting for high-volume runs while maintaining dimensional accuracy across multiple metal types.
Metal Welding
We provide TIG, MIG, and spot welding for stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel. Our certified welders produce clean, durable joints with post-weld finishing options. From structural frameworks to precision components, our welding meets BS EN ISO 3834 standards while accommodating complex geometries and varying material thicknesses.
Sheet Metal Folding
Edwards Pearson 4m CNC press brake achieves precise bends with 0.1mm accuracy. Hydraulic crowning and 6-axis back gauge handle complex profiles while manual folders accommodate special tooling. This capability supports batch consistency for enclosures, brackets, and structural components with thicknesses up to 8mm.
Surface Finishing
We offer powder coating in RAL colours, mirror polishing, and bead blasting finishes. Our plating processes include zinc passivation and hot-dip galvanising while maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards. These treatments enhance corrosion resistance and aesthetic qualities for both functional components and architectural metalwork.
