Established in 2009, our small and friendly business is run from our home in High Barnet, where we offer a range of classes and services designed to help you develop your sewing skills and unlock your creativity.
Our Services
Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills, we offer a variety of classes and courses to suit your needs. Our classes are small, ensuring that you receive the individual attention and guidance you need to feel confident and comfortable with your sewing machine. Our expert teacher, Helen Mackenzie, has many years of experience as a professional costume maker and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others.
We offer a range of classes, including our popular Sew Basic course, which is designed for complete beginners who want to learn the basics of sewing. This course covers the fundamentals of sewing, including how to use a sewing machine, thread a needle, and complete simple sewing projects. We also offer Sew Club, a more advanced course that builds on the skills learned in Sew Basic, and Sew Patterns, a class that focuses on improving your pattern-cutting and sewing skills.
In addition to our group classes, we also offer Sew You, private tuition for adults and children, and Sew Young, classes specifically designed for teenagers.
