How We Work

Once we receive the details of your event, we devise a menu tailored to your needs and provide a quote for staffing and equipment hire. We then meet with you at your preferred location to discuss the menu and planning process in more detail. We guide you through menu choices and the running order of the day, ensuring every aspect of your event is carefully planned. A visit to the venue or site helps us establish what facilities are available, including access, power, and water supply, as well as parking for our vehicles. We can offer a drop-off service to your event or have our staff help co-ordinate your day. You can choose the level of involvement you need from us, and we will work closely with you to ensure your special event is everything you envisioned.
