What happens if weather conditions change?
We offer no-cancellation fees for weather-related changes notified before 8:00 AM on the event day. Collections may occur early if unsafe weather develops post-delivery.
How are payments processed?
A £25 non-refundable booking fee reserves your equipment. Final payments occur on delivery via cash or pre-arranged digital transfer methods to complete the hire process.
