Our principal, Ian Fraser, is a qualified solicitor with over 38 years of practical experience in property and private client/probate work.
Our Philosophy
We understand that traditionally structured modern legal firms need to build into their cost structure, elements which will allow it to pay for overheads such as staff salaries, office rents, business rates, and other operating expenses. These expenses must be passed on to clients through the firms' fees policy. By stripping out the cost of most of these overheads through the use of modern techniques such as voice-activated document production, we are able to reduce costs substantially and pass on the savings to clients in the form of lower fees without compromising on quality, efficiency, or client care.
Our Services
We offer a range of services, including drafting and preparation of wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration, estate planning, residential sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold commercial property services, business sales and purchases, and lease extensions. We also provide locum and consultancy services to professional practices, as well as home visits at no extra cost.
Our Principal
Our principal, Ian Fraser, qualified in May 1981 after serving articles of clerkship with Lincolns Inn firm Speechly Mumford & Soames (now Charles Russell Speechlys). He has had a distinguished career, working with several medium to small practices in the West of England, Home Counties, and London, dealing with most aspects of Civil Law. Ian is conversant with Leap, DPS, and P4W case management systems and is committed to providing high-quality, personal, and professional services to our clients.
