For sellers, we provide a free, no-obligation home valuation, followed by a tailored sales package that meets their specific needs and budget. For landlords, we offer two bespoke services: Bardens Tenant Find and Bardens Full Property Management. With Bardens Tenant Find, you can let your property for a low fixed fee of 630, inclusive of VAT, regardless of the monthly rent achieved. Alternatively, our Full Property Management service is available for a competitive 9% monthly management charge, calculated as a percentage of the monthly rent.
