Excellent service. The van arrived early and the guys were extremely efficient loading and unloading. The sofas/bed mattress were well wrapped for protection and the guys took care moving around both properties. They were pleasant to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend.

Cookson & Son Movers did our house move last week and I can't speak highly enough of them. Christian and 3 of his fellow team mates packed up my house of 34 years in an hour and half. When I say I had a lot of boxes, I had nearly 100 plus all the furniture of a 4 bed house, plus garden furniture and plants etc. They were so professional, polite and careful with everything, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will be recommending them with 100% confidence to anyone I know who needs this service. Thank you so much guys!

Christian moved us efficiently from our house and stored furniture and other items safely and securely for a couple of years - nothing was too much trouble, including getting access to items, disposing of unwanted items and coordinating the collection of things to be shipped overseas or sold to online buyers. A really great experience - I would heartily recommend Cooksons

Christian and his team moved my elderly parents from a large family home into a 2 bedroom apartment and did an absolutely amazing job. They were friendly, courteous, efficient and incredibly professional. The full packing service was excellent value for money - not a single breakage, which would not have been the case if we'd done it ourselves! I can't recommend this firm highly enough!

Christian came to the house to see exactly what would be required on the day. Following his visit I received a firm quotation very quickly in the post. I felt I would be in safe hands and that definitely proved to be the case. They turned up promptly and worked so hard to make moving day go very smoothly indeed. Thanks to you both for helping to make what I envisaged to be a difficult day so much easier than I could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend

Great move. Our furniture was stored for several months before the move and all items were delivered in clean and dry condition. The team approached the challenge of moving our oversized Canadian furniture into a newly built average-sized English home with great skill and care. Not so much as a scratch. We highly recommend this company for your move.

I just want to say thank you for Kristian, Richie and the team for taking care of the move today. Not only did this relationship start a week before moving but Kristian has made every step patiently informative and assisted and guided until the big day. For me the process started 6 months ago and the service off the team has been impeccable. To find people who do this with a smile from start to finish is hard to find always and we all know how difficult a house move is in itself. Thanks guys. Already recommended to many friends and family.

Christian and his 3 colleagues were superb. Arrived on time 7:30am, and packed our furniture, possessions and the contents of a garage and shed plus various pots and plants from the garden. They were finished and on the road by 9:00am. Polite and nothing was too much trouble, checking all the time what was going from where. 200 mile trip later they did the same process in reverse, checking where we wanted everything and stacking the boxes neatly in the dining room or garage as necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who wants polite efficient workers who listen and react to your needs.
