Prime Security, a company providing security systems to Business and the Private sector, with CCTV systems etc, we as homeowners have been their clients since 2016, where customer service and support is their priority in providing an excellent service to us over the years. However that service I am more than happy to promote to EXCEPTIONAL, based on a few individuals most recently.
First and foremost a SPECIAL mention to Callum, who it has to be said, is the primary reason for the wording 'exceptional'. His phone manor and his obvious 100% commitment to customer service & satisfaction is beyond reproach, always readily available to resolve any issues we the customer have, how quick he was to call back today following some minor issues with the recent upgrade yesterday, a remarkable young man, who deserves every accolade from management for his efforts. Mention also to Nigel, he again is always quick to respond to any issues.

Darragh was excellent and solved the problem with what I thought was an app issue. I was completely wrong. He thoroughly investigated the problem using shared access via my phone and, as we were about to go away for a few days, he priority shipped the replacement component to me. All fixed. Really impressed by Prime Security. I asked several companies for quotes to install our home CCTV system, and they were very quick to come back by phone and email and set up a date for a reasonable cost. Their installer arrived promptly and worked flat out to complete the job in 5-6 hours. Very professional work - no trailing leads and very clean. Their after-sales follow-up was reassuring too. Competitive price, full detailed quote, no hidden extras. Installer John was really helpful with positioning cameras, his install was neat and showed us the full setup on laptop and installed apps. He also left work areas clean and tidy and was quick and efficient with the install. Would highly recommend.

The engineer Tiko was very professional and also had a very polite and friendly manner. He ensured that the equipment was fitted to our expectations and that we were happy with the product. We had 3 Hikvision cameras fitted that were angled as we had asked covering most of our property. Tiko ensured that we were able to install and operate the app on our mobile phones, he took time to ensure we understood what was required. The product appears to be good value for money and would like to thank Prime security for giving us peace of mind and a feeling of safety while at home.

I had to replace my laptop as I was having problems with my existing one I called you company to get my camera app put on to my new laptop. I was called back by Paul who is the most patient polite person I have ever dealt with. He tried 100% to help me the proplem was me Im 80years old and have only very basic computer skills Paul could not have done anymore to try to help me he is a credit to your company.
