We have used Fourth Wall twice for residential property surveys when purchasing. Annie and Josh are great to deal with, prompt and friendly communication. The reports are excellent - thorough, well presented and easy to understand. Hopefully we won't need to use Fourth Wall again if this purchase goes through, but we will recommend to everyone who asks.

Josh and Annie both very approachable and answered all our queries even before the survey.
We had a level 3 survey which was conducted to a very high and thorough standard. The report was easy to read and had a great level of detail. There was also a very handy breakdown of potential repair costs which a lot of surveyors do not offer.
The cost was extremely good value considering the service we received.

Excellent service. A full building survey was produced at the time promised with excellent communication and the report was detailed enough without waffle and gave a good list of potential repairs needed and costs. We went with Fourth Wall off the back of a recommendation and would like to pass this on as we had such a positive experience! Everything with them is clear and straight forward. The pricing is very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I had and the reports are put together in a way that makes them easy to understand. Josh was extremely helpful throughout and took the time after completing the survey to answer all my questions.
