visited this showroom 3 times before making up our minds on which fire to buy each time we visited we received excellent service nothing to much trouble settled on the runswick wall mounted electric fire delivered the same day as we were not far away from the showroom it took about 2 hours to fit just taking my time the fire really looks good but when you switch it on it looks fantastic it is therefore i have no hesitation in recommending this fire

We have the Beverly garden set and it is beautiful. We use it whenever it is sunny or we have guests around, its the perfect height for food or just drinks. The table top does not stain and the cushion covers are washable and easy to care for. We have had it for quite a while and the cushions have retained their colour despite being in the sun.

I bought a fire from Endeavour last year and it developed a fault. I contacted them and they replaced my old one and picked it up. The staff are so lovely and professional I can't thank them enough. This fire is soooo realisitic it's amazing! The closest your are going to get to having a real fireplace. Easy to assemble, standard fireplace size, Comes with mood lighting. All manuel or remote controlled. The sellers are fantastic and very willing to help with any issues that may arise after sales which is great!. I've had the fire now for a few months and get compliments all the time. Going to order another one! FAB product and service guys-10 stars! Just check out their hundreds of positive reviews on Amazon.co.uk and trust me they are true!.

Hi just had to write to say my Castletown electric fire turned up this morning and I had it out of the boxes and assembled writhing the hour. I was absolutely stunned by the workmanship and quality that goes into the finish is amazing and well worth the price .
Not often do I encounter craftsmanship to this degree on a build yourself item but everything just goes together with a simple pozi drive screwdriver easy instructions.
Ps Ive been a carpenter for over 20 yrs and can not fault it !

Bought an Endeavours Fires via Amazon for my sister which was received very quickly, even though we live in the Channel Islands. It is a lovely fire, but she found it needed a spacer. We weren't sure what size we would need but customer services team were very helpful with advice and when I found I couldn't buy the spacer from Amazon they were able to guide me through purchasing one directly from them via Paypal. The spacer has now arrived and is in situ. the fire looks really lovely and very pleased with it so far. Thanks so much for your help
