I would thoroughly recommend Marylebone Smile Clinic to anyone without hesitation. It has been a ‘change your life’ kind of experience. After 30 years of wishing I didn’t have an underbite (my jaw needed to extend forward from its natural position by about 1cm in order to chew food), I received a full set of porcelain veneers from Marylebone Smile Clinic in April / May 2024 that has completely reshaped my mouth (and my bite) and it has entirely resolved my underbite. I can now chew food with my jaw in a natural position, which has been life changing. As a bonus, the cosmetic changes to how I look have surpassed anything I expected. Dr Sahil Patel and Rania are calm, knowledgeable and patient, so they put you at ease immediately, but my confidence that I made the right decision choosing them increased with every visit. Fantastic experience all round.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and sought the perfect finishing touch for my teeth. After discovering the Marylebone Smile Clinic on Instagram and witnessing the incredible results, I decided to reach out. Dr. Sahil performed a white spot removal makeover, fitted fixed retainers, and provided removable retainers. The white spot removal transformed my teeth beautifully, removing milk marks and contouring them flawlessly. Dr. Sahil's talent shone through, as he kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring my satisfaction. Even when I noticed a slight issue with my upper fixed retainer, the receptionist promptly scheduled a visit, and the problem was resolved seamlessly. Returning later to collect my removable retainers, I found a warm and welcoming atmosphere among the staff, especially the lovely receptionist upstairs. I highly recommend this dentist for their exceptional service and results. Five stars all the way!

I had a very professional and smooth experience having my aligners fitted and removed at the Marylebone Smile Clinic. Dr Sahil discussed the treatment options with me very clearly and transparently at the start of the process, making it as simple as possible to come a decison.
It was always made very clear at the start of appointments what the procedure would be and what to expect. Being totally new to this type of cosmetic treatment, I was very grateful. Dr. Sahil and his assistant always worked well together and got the job done with no issues.
Rania on reception always gave a very friendly welcome and made the process for booking appointments straightforward, with timely reminders the day before each one!

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best dental practice I have ever been to. Rania is wonderful and makes you feel at ease and cared for whilst being extremely responsive and organised when booking appointments and with any questions.
The reason for my clinic visits was for multiple crowns before undergoing gum graft surgeries. Each time Dr Sahil put me at ease, whilst explaining every part of the process. He is easy to talk to and you feel in completely safe hands. The service couldn't be better nor the results.
Also you get to watch a film on the ceiling while having your procedure which definitely takes your mind off things.

Dr. Sahil has not only been informative and helpful but also warm and friendly on my journey of replacing a tooth. Dr Sahil fitted me with a great temporary bridge a few months ago while I was receiving treatment for my gums, and now we're moving forward with planning for my permanent replacement. Looking forward to seeing this journey through.

Absolutely love my new smile. I had 18 ceramic vaneers; my main ask was to have natural looking vaneers and build up my bottom row which had been worn down by years of grinding. Dr Sahil listened and delivered what I asked for, sensitively and skilfully. Rania on the front desk is helpful and very friendly, always with a smile and Dr Sahils assistant was lovely and supportive. I'm getting loads of compliments and I'm very happy
