Absolute Legends. Super Helpful. I was confused about how the system worked and what to do, but Olivia was an absolute gem and provided clearer advice on the Traffic and Magistrate Court system than I've received from anyone. My mind is much more at ease now. Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Caddick Davies for Traffic Violation matters. My husband was stopped by the police for uninsured car offence in 2022. It was entirely my fault as I assumed that our car insurance was auto-renew as I believed that all insurance was auto-renew due to my previous experience with business insurance, and he had never doubted me when I said the car was insured. His status was a new driver back then, so 6 points penalty will result in license revocation if we dont do anything to save it.

To save him to do the process all over again, I looked up for a solicitor to help us solve this problem, and I found Caddick Davies has outstanding reviews online.

I called up and they were helpful from the start, listened to our story with care, and what I like about them was that they were very transparent from the start. If they say the case is winnable they will say it clearly, otherwise they will also say it will be difficult. With our case, we can definitely present Special Reason although we will never know the end outcome.

The case was adjourned for several times due to unavailability from the court, but we're finally done with the hearing just yesterday, and Special Reason was accepted without any driving ban, and it was presented as honest mistake on admin side by me and not my husband's fault. Mr James Findon, our barrister, was very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding with our situation. He persuaded the judges with our evidence that its merely an honest admin mistake.

Dealing with Niamh in their office was also a pleasure as she was very detailed in explaining every detail and making sure everything is in order before the hearing date.

All in all, my experience with Caddick Davies is 5 out of 5 stars, I would give more if I can! Thank you for saving my husband's license from revocation and driving ban :)

I was facing a 6 month disqualification as a result of totting up on my license and I was successful in court on Friday in my application for Exceptional Hardship, resulting in a reasonable fine and 3 points only.

I am over the moon to get this result as the consequences would have been life-changing for my family. This all boils down to being steered very professionally and expertly by Caddick Davies.

Dalia dealt with my case in the run up to my hearing date, and Sarah represented me in court. Both were extremely knowledgeable and guided me with regards to what I should focus on, what evidence to gather and then Sarah on the day in court made me feel as calm as i possible could (which was a big ask!), allowing me to concentrate on the process and how the evidence would be delivered to the magistrates.

I cannot thank Dalia/Sarah enough for the end result which was such a huge relief for myself and my family. We live to fight another day - and be EXCEPTIONALLY careful. Due to an unfortunate incident involving a drink driving allegation, I found myself in a difficult situation. I was stopped by a plain-clothed police officer late at night as I was driving safely out of a car park. There was no accident, no erratic driving, nothing dangerous. However, after the stop, they claimed to smell alcohol and conducted a breath test, which showed I was just slightly over the limit.

I was devastated. It felt like I had committed a minor traffic offence, like driving 22mph in a 20mph zone, but the consequences were potentially life changing. On top of that, I also had a medical condition which made the situation even more complex.

My situation had been ongoing with the courts process for over 12 months and felt complicated and confusing at times.

However, Niamh was very good at making things clear and straightforward, and therefore reducing my stress without providing false hope or giving unrealistic expectations.

She had excellent communication both over the phone and via email. And even though she appeared to be juggling many things, courses etc. I still had the impression that she was focussed on my case. Ie, she made me aware that she was still available to respond to my enquiries, rather than passing me onto someone else.

Highly highly highly recommend, my daughter got caught over the legal limit for drink driving very stressful time for our whole family! From the moment i spoke to Louis he just made me feel so at ease and assured me that he would do his best to get the minimum result for her, even before any payment was made he sent me a detailed email detailing everything we needed to know for before during and after, he was a constant support took all the worries away and took control of what was needed, he spoke with my daughter & helped her feel less anxious. At court the barrister was amazing really lovely and he achieved the best minimum result we could have wanted.. an amazing solicitor they were worth every penny for support and results.

Great service from Christopher Green, from the initial call all the way to the end of my case. Despite my last minute responses on acquiring certain documents and letters, as advised by Christopher, he still persisted and ensured everything was dealt with in time for my court appearance. He was a huge help and relief during an otherwise stressfull experience. My Barrister on the day aswell, Maddison Fisher, was extremely helpful in getting the result we wanted. She was very insightful and gave some great advice before I was called upon. Thanks to the whole team, couldnt recommend you enough. I ended up with a 10 day disqualification instead of a 6 month disqualification which was even better than what we were arguing for.

Neil is nothing short of a blessing! Following my arrest (considering Id never been arrested or had any involvement with the police) Neil was the only lawyer I spoke to who didnt try to oversell what he could do! He was honest about what I should expect and this really managed my expectations. He didnt push me into making any decisions and spent a lot of time answering all the questions I had. (Im sure I was a pain, but he was always patient and informative)
