After looking at several Jewellers within the area we decided to pay a visit to Manor Hill Gold to get a price on some old gold we had. We managed to get a same day appointment and it's a good job we did. Chris was totally professional and also a top guy. There was no pressure at all and he gave us an honest opinion on how much our gold was worth. We were not expecting the price he offered us and was a pleasant surprise. I have recently sold some gold jewellery and was very pleased with the service given by Chris at Manor Hill. He was courteous and friendly and I was very pleased with the offer he made. Totally different from the experience I had at a recent visit to a Roadshow visiting the Wirral. Lets just say their offer was no where near what Chris offered. I was so pleased that I didnt sell to them!!!

Dealt with Chris for the first time today, he was very patient as I'd taken a lot of worthless inherited jewellery along with some decent jewellery so he had to sift through the lot.I was pleased with final outcome and felt that we got a fair price which was in my bank account in minutes via a bank transfer. Following a personal recommendation I contacted Manor Hill (jewellery dealers) with the intent to have them assess various items of gold and jewellery and establish if anything was of any value. I was offered an appointment the next day and met up with Chris in his comfortable office within the Whitfield Business Centre on Pensby Road. He explained what he could do by way of assessing the items and also to give advice as to their value should I wish to sell. There was never any pressure to sell but as the offer was very favourable and the promised that if sold the money would be immediately transferred into my bank account, I accepted. True to his word the money was in my bank ASAP.
