James was friendly, knowledgeable and discrete. He explained everything he was doing. He came to the house a total of 3 times, to check activity, bait boxes, traps and block holes. Payment was not due until the problem was dealt with. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to.
i had tried many diy solutions but in the end paying a pro was well worth it. The wasps we had were in an awkward place to get to but James was able to treat without removing tiles or getting into the roof which saved a lot of headaches.
