Brilliant service by Thextons, from initial contact to completion the whole process was seamless and with a really quick turnaround. The staff were really helpful and happy to answer any queries we had and the team who carried out the install were very professional. Wirral Double Glazing are a fantastic company linked to the already well known Thextons. We had our bay window replaced and we couldnt fault them. Tom was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we felt under no pressure to go ahead with the job. Ive been pressured by other window companies on the Wirral before as their staff are on commission. I highly recommend if youre looking for outstanding quality of work and 10/10 customer service.

Excellent service my new stable back door was fitted today. The door is beautiful and the mechanics of the lock mechanism extremely secure and the seals, door handle, locks and hinges are excellent too. It has immediately made a difference to the tempeture in my kitchen with no draughts :) John did an excellent efficient and really tidy job fitting the new door and frame ,everything was left clean and tidy and the old door and frame were taken for disposal. I would thoroughly recommend this company for there excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, there efficency and the superb quality of there products . Thextons did an excellent job building an extension and a wetroom and widening doors for my husband who is in a wheelchair. All the team were very helpful and very well mannered. Nothing was too much trouble. It took a bit longer than expected but that was due to lockdown and covid. We are all very pleased with it. Thank you all for all that you have done xx

We were having a windows replacement carried by Thexton Windows, and as I am very picky about jobs being carried by someone else than me and a very detailed and demanding customer, I can say that guys from Thextons Windows were very clean, accurate, well teamworking and a well behaved. They knew what to do and there was no mess left behind. Also I am satisfied with a Q&A with them regarding windows etc., So yes, I can say it is clearly 5 star service, and there is no lies here as I am very, very picky guy.
