Inas is my dentist and she is lovely. Today I was seen by another person in the dental team to have a tooth removed. I was extremely nervous as a previous tooth removal in hospital wasn't great. I was made to feel at ease and my worries were listened too and every care was taken to get me through the procedure. Thanks so much- I highly recommend Surrey Dental Care-the team are amazing.

I visited Surrey Dental Practice today. I came all the way from London. Tracey at the reception was very quick to respond my email request last week, and they immediately arranged an appointment for my root canal treatment - which was really appreciated! My treatment was carried out by Nadia, who -just as her assistant whose name I can't remember- was very gentle and considerate. They took the fact that I am pregnant well into account and comforted me throughout the procedure. I haven't felt any pain at all. They were both professional and kind! I'm very happy with the service I received.

Just Done a tooth filling and hygiene with Dr inas been going to her for the past decade and without a doubt i can say she’s the best Dr i have met in my life she’s not just a brilliant doctor she’s the most humble Caring woman i have met in my life.
I also want to shout out to the her team Tracy the receptionist was so lovely and helpful.

The staff here, including reception, assistant, and the dentist, were all truly exceptional. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire process, from my initial inquiry to the booking and the day of the procedure. It was an excellent experience for my first dental visit here in the UK. Dr. Inas's light hands ensured I didn't feel any discomfort during the filling. I will certainly return here for my routine checkups and cleaning.

I’m very satisfied with my appointment experience today the dentist I’ve seen (sorry don’t know the name) really made me at ease
She made in depth assessment and gave me 5* service and treatment plan moving forward

I was impressed by the level of expertise and genuine care shown by Dr Inas, and the whole team. Dr. Faisal and her nurse assistant Chaimaa just did an excellent extraction of a tooth, above and beyond their support today I am resting for the next few days .
I am not an easy patient I am very scared and sensitive.
They took me into the room and they have supported/calm me feeling very welcomed.
Dr. Faisal you become my dentist idol, easy 10/15 min. done the extraction no pain at all …

Receptionist has been there for a good few years and is fast answering phone and dealing with queries. Inas dealt with my broken tooth with an assessment and resolution on the same day. Was attentive and informed me of possible future issues and future considerations. Didnt have any expectations as i very rarely visit dentists, doctors or hospital. I was pleasantly surprised with my outcome.

I always get amazing service at this dentist but felt especially compelled to write a review as they really all went above and beyond for this tired new mum! I had to bring my baby to my appointment with the hygienist. What could've been a stressful nightmare was actually such a positive experience. I have been so impressed with Surrey Dental Practice so far. I am having my veneers and teeth whitening done by Dr Inas who has been amazing and so informative with explaining everything in detail, Tracy who works at front desk - always there to answer any query - such a kind lovely lady. Today I visited Dr Chitra for hygiene appointment with airflow., I’ve have seen many hygienist but have to say Dr Chitra was so gentle and spoke with me throughout the whole experience, best hygienist visit I’ve had.

Dr Inas Hamdy is an excellent dentist and a wonderful person. I've been seeing her for many years. I dont have great teeth and have needed some tricky fillings in the past. She's taken great care of me, always advising me honestly and providing excellent work. I always feel i can trust her completely and she has my wellbeing and best interests at heart. She is careful, gentle, listens to you, explains everything clearly and you feel she really cares which stands out to me. Higly recommended.

Nadia is an excellent dentist.
She has a calm manner and took me carefully through her X-rays and notes to recommend the best treatment. Even though I was referred with the possibility of root canal surgery, she expertly gave me a rather large, but painless filling to avoid root canal and cutting my bill in half. I was so relaxed during the treatment that once the drilling was complete and she just had the filling to do, I fell asleep. It was a long treatment, but with a different dentist it may not have been as painless. She made sure that there was no sensitivity during treatment, tested each tooth before starting and stopped to give extra injections before proceeding.

Amazing Service from the Dental Practice. Reception staff is helpful and polite think her name was Tracey. I had an Appointment to see the Hygienist and she was very informative and polite, she was Chitra i think thats how you spell her name.. Felt really relaxed through it all. Left feeling happy and teeth and gums feeling better. Booked in for another appointment! well recommended.

I started coming to surrey dental this year, im really nervous about the dentist and Honestly its been as lovely experience as it can be. the receptionist Tracy is so friendly and welcoming! ive had the hygienst who is again very friendly and welcoming, and my dentist who is very professional friendly and really takes her time and makes me feel so comfortable. im not one to write a review normally but i am impressed with the 3 visits so far.

Yes there were some cancellations with hygienist but she was worth the wait. I also had work done by Dr. Wahab. I am a very nervous patient and he went out of his way to make me feel calm and relaxed.
The surgery is new, furnished with up todate, modern equipment. Everyone from receptionist up very accommodating, polite and helpful. I would not hesitate recommending this practise to anyone. Very happy.

I have called the practice a few weeks ago to book an appointment and the staff on reception are very polite and helpful. They hadn't opened yet and the lady asked if she could take my details and would call me once they were up and running to book me in for a check up. I then got a call the other week and was booked in. I have now been to see the dentist he is very professional and it looks amazing inside with all the latest technology. I don't like going to see the dentist but he was really good and I would definitely recommended to my friends and family.
