Castleford Training Solutions provides professional First Aid Training designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to handle workplace emergencies. Shaun Allatt
Shaun is both joint owner and head trainer at CTS. His military background initially kickstarted his passion for first aid and that has continued thoughout his working life. Shaun has assumed the role of Training Manager within a number of industries, teaching Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid at Work (FAW).
Jen Allatt
As joint owner of CTS, Jen is in charge of day-to-day operations in the office and business finances. She also has a wealth of experience in adult social care (including Dementia and Alzheimers), learning difficulties and Autism. She is also a FREC 4 medic and is working towards her SALM qualification. She enjoys providing medical cover at events with her husband Shaun.

I have attended a number of CPD courses with Castleford Training Solutions, and they never let me down. Always cover interesting subjects, lead by trainer's full of knowledge on the subject.
This course was no different. Really enjoyed the subject, learnt so many new things but what really blew me away was dissecting a lambs pluck and seeing what the inside of a lung really looks like was amazing.
Big thanks to Shaun, Jen and of course today's lecturer Harry for another amazing course and I can't wait for the next one.

I have been putting the Level 3 supervising first aid for mental health off for a couple of years due to some of the subjects you discuss. I wish I had done this course sooner, Shaun put me at ease straight away, gave plenty of time to discuss the various subjects. I was part of a small group on Zoom and would say the course was well paced. I would definitely recommend Shaun to anyone wishing to sit this course and will be rebooking in 3 years to renew the qualification.

Excellent training on the Frec3 course this week, enjoyed every part of the course,Shaun kept us interested the whole time,extremely informative and delivered each topic brilliantly with the help and support from Jen his wife who was totally focused. They are both very passionate in their work. I have booked courses with CTS in the future.

Just completed my FREC 3 with CTS, training room was easy to find, in an easy location just off the motorway. The course itself was very informative and the instructor took time to explain things so that they were understood. I would hugely recommend this course among other ls and this company to others.

Had a great learning experience with Shaun and his team. Been able to not just learn the theory and knowledge behind being a medic. But actually learn the practical and real life applications to be a great medic in the future.
As a sports physio student I have done a range of first aid course's and by far this have been the most beneficial course and enjoyable process.
Massive thank-you to Shaun and Jen, who made the biggest highlight of the week.
When the recreated a real life scenario which really gave me a harsh and shocking perspective on the situations which can occur as working as a medic.
