My partner and I had several trips planned for the same day, and the driver adapted perfectly to the schedule we proposed. He was always on time for each ride, which we truly appreciated.
Also, we booked all our rides in advance from Argentina, and he was very helpful, especially in finding a convenient way for us to make the reservation payment from abroad.

When uber will let you down ash cabs won't .
Even when I give him the wrong pick up location accidently but he still came out of his way to pick me up at the other train station.

Patrick and Ali were amazing. We had a wedding at the weekend which required drop off (Patrick) and pick up (Ali). I couldn't fault the service, both gentlemen were courteous and helpful. Guests we were travelling with commented on the service, especially seeing as we asked for an earlier pick up which they accommodated without hesitation. I recommend them to my elderly mum so she could make an appointment yesterday and she said Patrick was really helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. Thanks guys!

Absolutely superb service, 3 Dunfermline taxi companies refused the fare due to the short distance from the restaurant, we then phoned Ash Cabs they came within 15 minutes.
Ali the driver was very nice too and we will use Ash Cabs from now on, especially with all the Edinburgh Airport journeys my wife makes with her business

I recently had a great experience with a taxi driver who picked me up at the Sky and took me home. Though I cant recall his name, he was incredibly pleasant throughout the ride. He struck the perfect balance with light conversation, which I appreciated since I sometimes struggle socially. His calm demeanor made me feel comfortable, and the entire journey was smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a positive experience, and Id be happy to ride with him again.
