Tim qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 originally working in Londons West End. He had earlier spent 4 years in the music industry releasing 7 independent dance records and doing various production and session work. Having dismally failed in an attempt at pop stardom he then returned to law, moving to Salisbury in 1996. He went into partnership with Tim Bonallack and the law firm changed its name from Bonallacks to Bonallack & Bishop. Since then Tim, as the firms owner and only equity partner, has spearheaded the expansion of the firm, seeing it grow by well over 1500%.

Further update I'd like to add to my initial review below. I needed two urgent updates with the Land Registry Office. On both occasions I contacted Greta Whitaker to see if she could expedite the applications. Greta got onto it both times and was able to successfully expedite the applications. My new house purchase was in danger of being delayed having already exchanged contracts so I'm particularly grateful to Greta for her urgent response and help in getting that sorted.
I used Bonallack & Bishop for the purchase of the freehold on my property. I hadn't used them before and so was a little apprehensive given the importance to me of what I was asking them to undertake. Bonalack & Bishop have been been outstanding and talked me through the process, expected timescales and provided regular updates along the way. Dinshaw Printer of Bonallack and Bishop Solicitors was superb in handling of all aspects of my recent divorce. Initially I hoped my divorce would be straight forward and chose B&B for their military pension issue experience; not just their discount for Forces.

In my years of dealing with solicitors for property transactions, I have never had a smoother experience than I had with Jake at Bonallack & Bishop. This was for a lease extension which are notorious for taking ages and getting held up, but it was all dealt within a few months. Jake was available to contact at all times, and I don't think there was a single occasion where I didn't get an email back within an hour or two. Absolutely spot on.

I have twice made use of Bonallack & Bishop's services, once for a lease extension on my flat, and then subsequently a property sale and purchase.
In both cases I've received extremely professional and responsive service from them and would highly recommend for both of these purposes.

I instructed Bonallack & Bishop (Salisbury) to deal with my lease extension, which was excellently handled by Dale Bree and his team. The process was smooth from start to finish and the case was dealt with professionally, speedily and efficiently. I was kept up-to-date at each step of the way and Dales communications were informative and clear. I would not hesitate in recommending this practice for a lease extension.
