Best agency I've ever dealt with - having bounced from place to place since 2005, I've now settled down into a place all my own, which I only got thanks to the great advice given to me when viewing a different property of theirs. Any problems are quickly dealt with by the friendly team and their contractors, the only reason I'd ever leave is to get another property with Belvoir 😁

I've rented from Belvoir for a few years now and have always found the team in Newark to be very friendly and helpful. When issues have appeared they have often been quick to talk to me and help me deal with them with delays only occuring when waiting for the Landlord to reply.

I have recently moved into a property with the help of belvoir Newark , they have been so understanding , patient and very helpful. I have had the pleasure of speaking to an agent called Charlotte who’s helped me with everything to do with the property and kept me in the loop with everything I need to know. Please don’t hesitate getting in contact with belvoir if you are interested in any of the properties they have available. I highly recommend them and would definitely be going back if I ever need help in the future.

Thank you so so much to Leanne who was wonderful when showing us around the property we were viewing. She also listened to our struggles as a young couple trying to get a place and put in a good word for us with the Landlord which helped us to secure our dream rental property. They also gave us a really cute moving in hamper with coffee, ciders, washing tablets, chocolates etc.
We applied for a viewing of this property with multiple letting agents and Belvoir were the only ones to get us a viewing!
Only tiny thing I would say is that we could’ve done with a little bit more info about how to get our parking permit and contact details of the janitor who sorts any issues with the property - but apart from that, 5* service👏🏼🤩

Although we didn't stay with Belvoir for too long, we couldn't recommend them enough, lovely people, always up for a friendly chat, quick and efficient. We never had a problem with them throughout our tennancy.
We had a few questions during our tennancy, so i sent an email and got a nice speedy reply and had my query dealt with almost immediately.

Not a bad word to say about the ladies we've dealt with at Belvoir. Always, helpful, polite and at the end of the phone or an email if ever there's a problem. Nothing is ever an issue and after a horrendous experience renting in the past with a different letting agent we were sceptical about renting again but we actually feel settled and at home and can't praise these lovely people enough!

Cannot praise this team more. They rented my property and subsequently sold it. Allison could not do enough for me, far beyond the standard service. Maximum professionalism and efficiency throughout. Overall a very good experience as a tenant for the past 18 months, always very quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. Also, given the way landlords have been painted in the media recently I found my experience to be the total opposite - I couldn't have asked for better landlords or estate agents to manage my tenancy, throughout, everything was fixed promptly with minimal hassle and also very reasonable with rent. No issues during check out, it was a quick and easy process, no hidden fees and again very reasonable with the final viewing report. Thank you!

Charlotte,Leanne and Allison at Belvoir Estate Agents at Newark are super friendly and efficient when it comes to renting out my properties. Leanne took me around to 3 properties as I recently moved to the country and didn’t have conveyance. The goal was to find a rental accommodation for one person and move in ASAP. She was very hospitable and understanding throughout my short search and in 2 hrs I had put in an application for a property. Belvoir are the best letting agency I have ever used. All the staff are friendly super efficient, their service is professional and fast.
