Excellent service. I highly recommend Aqua Dry. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was very helpful when I was booking, explained the process clearly and advised there was no guarantee the stains would be removed completely. I have a light cream carpet and our puppy has had a couple of 'accidents'!!
When Tim arrived, he explained the process and showed me the progress as he went. I am absolutely delighted with the result, the carpet looks as good as new.

Hall, stairs, landing & dining room carpets were deep cleaned today and what a difference! Dan was fantastic, very professional and explained how the process would work and what to expect, but the outcome exceeded what we hoped for and we couldnt be happier! Tom from Aqua Dry did a marvellous job on 6 upholstered office chairs. They were very stained and he managed to clean them to an exceptionally high standard. They actually look new! The job was carried out very efficiently and with absolutely no mess left. I am extremely happy with the work Tom did and generally with the culture of the company which screams impeccable customer service. Delighted to give a 5 star review. Our carpets were in a mess (quite bad when we moved in despite my cleaning attempts) and then over 5 years of an elderly relative with carers coming and going had left even more damage.
