Pregnancy & Postnatal Training We offer personalised pregnancy and postnatal training that prioritises your physical and emotional needs as you transition into motherhood. Our approach includes safe workouts that evolve with your pregnancy, targeted strength development, and support for body confidence. We guide you in core activation to aid recovery and reduce abdominal separation. Postnatally, we reinforce posture, rebuild strength, and encourage steady healing.
Menopause Training We offer dedicated personal training to help you stay strong and confident throughout menopause, recognising the wide range of symptoms that may arise during this stage. Through customised weight-bearing exercises, resistance training and appropriate cardio, we work to protect bone density and stabilise hormone-related changes. Our approach includes nutritional guidance, emotional encouragement and access to additional professionals when beneficial. Each session is structured to help you regain vitality and maintain long-term wellbeing.
Strength & Conditioning Classes Our strength and conditioning classes provide women of all ages with circuit-based training that develops whole-body strength, supports posture, and enhances overall wellbeing. We offer core-focused exercises, tailored modifications, and a holistic approach to movement. Postnatal clients within two years of birth are assessed to confirm suitability. Sports Massage Experience expert sports massage therapy designed to recover, restore, and strengthen the body. As a Level 4 qualified therapist, I employ a variety of techniques in a private environment, targeting specific concerns such as muscle pain, stiffness, and limited flexibility. Each session is carefully tailored, encouraging injury recovery, stress reduction, and enhanced performance while promoting overall physical wellbeing.

Ginette's strength classes are the only fitness/workout classes I have ever enjoyed and returned to. It's now been a whole year! She takes care to ask every week how we all are, how any injuries are progressing and is always checking we are doing the exercises correctly, spotting and correcting all the small but vital errors, and encouraging us to push ourselves appropriately. Ginette has helped me increase my strength and general physical and mental health, and get back after sports injuries. All done with great care, positivity and humour. Thank you Ginette.

The studio is lovely and the classes are excellent and offer a personalised service to suit your individual needs at whatever stage you are at pre or post pregnancy.

When I was beginning to suffer from anxiety as a result of pelvic floor dysfunction I called Ginette. I was only 3 weeks postpartum after my second baby but I was miserable. Ginette is like every postpartum mums fairy godmother! 8mths on and my ab separation is fixed and Tena Lady pads no longer reside in my cupboard!! Best call I ever made. Thank you so much Ginette. I love coming to your classes, it truly is my me time, doing something positive for me, which, in turn, makes my family happy.x.x.

I am currently going to the Lucina Fitness 'fit strong mumma' classes, and am really building my strength after having 2 babies. Ginette is friendly and encouraging, and has really helped me to work on my pelvic floor, abdominal separation, and fitness. She also offers advice on nutrition, exercise at home, posture, and getting through life as a busy mum! It's a joy to go to the classes each week and I'd recommend her to any pregnant or postnatal mumma :)
