Stuart and his fab team completed for us a large downstairs extension which included a reconfiguration of the entire layout to the ground floor, new kitchen and utility. In addition they also constructed a large garden room with toilet and kitchen facilities.
The work completed was to a very high standard, the main team and all contractors were highly professional and friendly. The quote was reasonable, the costs transparent and above all I could trust each and every one in my home. Communication was excellent and forthcoming, with Stuart advising me on what's been done, what's to come and any arising issues.
Almost two years on and I absolutely love the build and have recommended ST Contracts Ltd to my friends, as I'm glad they were recommended to me.

I recently hired ST Contracts for a garage and loft conversion, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. They transformed both spaces into beautiful, functional areas, and the skylights they installed in the loft have made the room feel bright and spacious. The craftsmanship is just FANTASTIC, and they kept me updated throughout the project, making sure everything was done to a high standard. We are very happy with our garage conversion. We got a quick and fair quote and the work started quickly. They have been very professional, with good communication throughout, kept everything clean and tidy and completed the work in a very timely manner. Stuart and his team put bi fold doors in my house, also converted a garage into a room. Absolutely excellent work, while the building was going on everything was kept neat and tidy. Brilliant team, nothing was too much trouble and everything was completed to the highest standard.
My friends have also had Stuart and his team in and are all as happy and so pleased with all building work.

It is a pleasure to leave a testimonial for S.T. Contracts Ltd after recently using them for substantial renovations in our home.
We have not had renovations on this scale before and not sure what to expect. The work started during a particularly unforeseen stressful family situation and Stuart and his team were respectful and helpful not to add to the situation.
From the start Stuart was great at suggesting ideas for the project and put us in contact with various professionals we would need for the project to go ahead. He and his team worked to put our ideas to fruition and kept us up to date all the way through. Communication was good and we knew what to expect.
All of the crew and subcontractors that he used were friendly, respectful, and did their jobs efficiently and well. At the end of the day they would clear up and make the disruption that much easier to manage. Some went above and beyond our expectations in helping us.
As issues came up that we had not accounted for he discussed them with us and together they were resolved. Flexibility for us and Stuart’s teams was great at adapting to the unforeseen issues.
They arrived and finished on time every day and we were informed on which days the contractors would be available.
We are delighted with the quality of the attention they put into the work. The outcome exceeds all of our expectations and we will use them again for further projects.
