We booked a very early morning journey to Bristol airport having been badly let down by a pre booked Uber previously.
Rufus taxis communicated immediately and confirmed with trip with a good price and a named driver. Our driver Jawel communicated regularly to confirm he would pick us up and arrived on time. We had a smooth and hassle free journey to the airport which was very much appreciated. Wed recommend Rufus taxis and will definitely use again.

I must say I was very impressed as a first time user.
I first saw Rufus advertised on the Next Door website , and was a bit sceptical , but decided to give it a go , for transport to and from Bristol airport.
I found it to be a very reliable and reasonably priced service.
Drivers were on time, courteous and helped with our luggage, and we had safe , comfortable journeys.
I would not hesitate to use this taxi service again , and would thoroughly recommend.
