Im not one to usually write reviews online, however. I must say that the accounts team at Excel Waste were fantastic in helping me. Id especially like to shout out Emma who explained very efficiently what needed to be done and explained the payments in a way that anyone could understand. Fast, easy, reliable service. I cannot recommend this company enough, will definitely be using them again.

First time using this service, the lady explained the process in detail to me. I called on Monday afternoon, the skip arrived on Wednesday morning before 9 am.
Although we could keep the skip for 14 days, unfortunately, a silly man decided to come into my private car park without my permission and stood on my fence to look through the skip! He broke my fence and drove off!
I had to call Excel to see if they could send someone to come and collect the skip as soon as possible. The lady on the phone put a note on the system for me. Usually it would be 1-4 days for collection, but the driver came before 7 am the following day!

Excellent fron start to finish. Lovely, professional lady when initially contacting and booking. Very polite and professional delivery driver, and while it may sound silly, clean, tidy and nice looking skip.

I am utterly blown away by the help that I received last Saturday 11.04.2020 from this company. I had some garden waste which I had no idea where to dispose of them as the recycling centre was closed, until someone asked me to go there. I met this gentleman in white short sleeved shirt. He was so polite, responsive and helpful. I believe he is one of the bosses. In actual fact he asked me to dump my waste free of charge! Yes you heard me free! No payment taken. I was pleasantly surprised at his kind gesture and I promised myself that I must review this company for they deserve it. Thank you so much for your kindness. It was such a relieve to have gotten rid of my garden waste! Thank you!!!

Great Service & Price. I ordered a skip and it was delivered the same afternoon. The ladies on the phone were really helpful as i had never ordered a skip before. I asked for the skip to be collected next day and it was collected the following morning. The driver was polite and friendly. I will absolutely recommend Excel to anyone who needs a skip
