I contacted Kevin having locked car keys inside the car. He estimated a couple of hours as he was already carrying out some work elsewhere before he kept me informed regarding how far away he was from me, and how long he'd take. He was under two hours to reach me and managed to get to my keys within minutes.

My key fob suddenly stopped working, I couldn't open car doors not even through the key barrel in doors. Kevin came same day and he managed to unlock the door cleaning out the barrel, turns out my fob chip was done for. He was great really helped me out, fixed me up new key and reprogrammed plus a spare key, really good value and I'm forever grateful and will be keeping his number for future need and he comes highly recommended. Never been so happy. Also always have a spare key. Thank you so much.

I was having problems accessing my car because of electrical problems. I looked on Google. Am I pleased I came across Auto Access and Kevin. In a phone call he put my mind immediately at ease. Highly recommend-Brilliant service! Kevin is quick, honest, upfront and thorough. Weve had Ford and the AA out for car not unlocking and they didnt help us. We have had problems with our key fobs for our van over the past few months .
We had one lad out who spent hours trying to pair 2 newly cut keys without success.
He tried this on 2 separate occasions and failed.
Yesterday I contacted Kevin from auto access and he came out today and within 45 mins he had 2 keys cut and both keys working perfectly.
Would highly recommend this company. Kevin was highly professional and very friendly and helpful.

Ended up with with a key that wouldn't start the vehicle. I called Auto Access it was after 3.30 pm. I was over the moon when he said I can get to you after I am finished with this job.
